Job: public, search-shaped version of the Hippo Targets Glossary, the most-read help centre article by four times (1,083 views). "Which indicators should I use?" appears verbatim in Intercom conversations (research/questions/ 2026-08-29-mining-summary.md). Demand confirmed from two directions.

Angle: reference page. One section per clinical area, one table per section: code, who is due, what counts as complete, how often. Definitional content is the shape AI assistants cite, so this doubles as the first AEO piece.

Source: context/product/help-centre/hippo-targets-glossary.md (exported 2026-08-29). Strip everything Hippo-specific: HIPPO_ and local codes, CQC monitoring rows, product emoji markers, and the "income protected" marker until its wording is verified.

Gate: every threshold and eligibility rule is clinical. Theo checks each row against NHS England QOF guidance for 2026/27 before publication. Start with five high-volume areas; extend once the format is signed off.
