What this changes and why
Current title: "Hippo Labs | Proactive Care Automation for the NHS" Current meta: "Hippo Labs helps NHS practices identify patients who need action, automate recall workflows, and improve QOF outcomes - with daily EHR data and smart analytics."
Evidence: homepage ranks 2.2 for "automated recall" (413 impressions) and 2.6 for "recall automation" with zero clicks in 90 days. The title leads with brand and a phrase nobody searches ("proactive care automation"). Every competitor ranking for these terms is a US product; none mention NHS, GP practices or QOF. The searcher's own words plus the NHS signal is the differentiation.
No register numbers used; both lines stay claim-free. Meta options only reuse capability language already live on the site (identify patients, automate recall, improve QOF outcomes). Nothing new is claimed.
Title options (pick one)
A. Automated Patient Recall for NHS GP Practices | Hippo (54 chars. Direct match for the two biggest queries, NHS differentiator, brand kept but demoted. Recommended.)

C. NHS Patient Recall, Automated | Hippo Labs (43 chars. Punchiest; leaves headroom on mobile. Weakest keyword coverage.)

How we measure it
CTR on "automated recall", "recall automation" and "patient recall software" from gsc_pull.py, compared two weeks and six weeks after publishing. Position 2 impressions with a query-matched title should convert to clicks at low single-digit percent; anything above zero is infinite improvement.
